COMPENSATION

It is our policy to offer initial interviews of approximately one hour, free of charge. This provides you and us the opportunity to get acquainted. During this meeting, we encourage you to share as much financial information as you deem appropriate. In turn, we will ask you questions, share our general philosophy and explain how we might be of service to you. We have two basic payment plans.

FEE BASED ON ASSETS UNDER MANAGEMENT

Our all-inclusive, fee only option allows you to engage all of the services for one annual fee based on your assets under management. Minimum account size is $1 million. Fees are billed quarterly in arrears. All financial planning activities, investment management advice, paraplanning functions, various administrative services, account reporting and on-line access are included.

HOURLY FEES
Some individuals may engage us only for our financial planning services. In this case billing for Comprehensive Financial Plans and Focus Planning is based on an hourly fee. A small deposit is usually required, with the balance to be paid in full upon completion and delivery of the plan. However, at the discretion of GFC, these charges may be credited against asset management fees, if at a later date you choose to become an investment managed account.
